How it works
Three simple steps
- 1. Call or bookTell us where you are and what the car is doing.
- 2. We come to youThe service truck carries the tools and common parts.
- 3. Fixed, or a straight answerIf a job truly needs the shop, we tell you honestly and help you plan it.
Mobile service runs during shop hours: Monday–Friday 9–5 and Saturday 9–2. Book ahead online any time.
Mobile service covers Boynton Beach and the surrounding area across Palm Beach and Broward County, including Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Deerfield Beach, and Pompano Beach, among the areas listed on the Service Areas page. The service truck comes to your home, your workplace, or the roadside where your car stopped. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, call the shop and ask before booking.
You will always know the cost before work starts, whichever route you choose, so there is no surprise once a job begins. Many drivers find the time saved makes mobile service the better deal: no tow, no waiting room, and no second car needed to get home. The right choice depends on the job, since some repairs need shop equipment. Call the shop, describe what the car is doing, and the team will talk through your job honestly.
Plenty of common callouts can be handled where the car sits. No-starts and dead batteries are tested and, where possible, fixed on the spot, and a flat tire can be dealt with by fitting your spare safely so you can get moving. The truck also carries equipment for on-site diagnostics, so fault-finding happens before any tow decision. Scheduled mobile visits can also cover repairs such as brakes and oil changes at home or work.
Then you will get a straight answer rather than a half fix. Some jobs truly need a lift and a full workshop, and if yours is one of them, the mechanic will tell you honestly at the scene and help you plan the shop visit. That is the third step of the process on this page: fixed on the spot, or a clear explanation of what the shop needs to do and why the roadside cannot cover it.
